PT Marbella Collective ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at pt-marbella.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the content of your message.
• Guided WhatsApp enquiry form — when you fill in the enquiry form on this site (your name, your WhatsApp number and email address if you choose to give them, and your answers about the training you're looking for) and click "Continue on WhatsApp", we save those details in our own client management system at that moment, even if you then don't send the WhatsApp message. This lets us follow up on an enquiry you started. Your phone number and email address are optional.
• Online Coaching — if you buy an Online Coaching plan, we collect and hold the information needed to coach you, mainly in the Trainerize app. See "Online Coaching and Health Data" below.
• WhatsApp messages — anything you then send us on WhatsApp is received by WhatsApp/Meta and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We don't control how WhatsApp processes that data on its platform.
• Analytics data — if you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner, Google Analytics (GA4) collects pseudonymised usage data on our behalf: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, and how you found the site. Declining means none of this is collected. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Through this website itself we do not collect payment card details, ID documents, or health/medical information. If you buy an Online Coaching plan, the health and fitness information you share while being coached is collected through the Trainerize app, as described below. Any health information you share directly with a trainer — verbally, in person, or via WhatsApp — is handled by that trainer, not stored on this website.

If you buy one of our Online Coaching plans, we collect and use the information below to coach you. It is collected through the Trainerize app and, for live sessions, by video call — not through this website.

• Your name, email address, phone number (if given) and account details.
• Your goals, training history, injuries, and any health information you choose to share.
• Body measurements, progress photos, workout logs, and habit and check-in answers.
• Food and nutrition logs and meal-plan preferences, including allergies and dietary requirements.
• Data from apps or wearables you choose to connect, such as MyFitnessPal or a smartwatch.
• The messages you exchange with us in the app.

Health-related information is special-category data under GDPR. We process it only with your explicit consent, which we ask for before you begin, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us — although we may then be unable to continue coaching you safely. The rest of your coaching data is processed because it is necessary to deliver the plan you have bought.

Payments for Online Coaching are taken by Trainerize and its payment provider. We do not see or store your card number.

• To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form or the guided WhatsApp enquiry form, including following up by WhatsApp, phone or email about that enquiry if you started one but didn't message us. We only use these details to respond to your enquiry, not for unrelated marketing.
• To arrange and deliver personal training or wellness services you've requested.
• To deliver an Online Coaching plan you've bought: building your programme and nutrition plan, running your live sessions, tracking your progress and billing you through Trainerize.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it, if you've accepted analytics cookies.
• To meet our legal or tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• Email and hosting providers that technically process contact form submissions on our behalf.
• The cloud database and hosting services that store our client management system, where guided enquiry details are kept.
• Trainerize, the coaching app we use to deliver Online Coaching, and its payment provider. They process your coaching and payment data on our behalf.
• The video-call service we use to run live Online Coaching sessions.
• Google, if you've accepted analytics cookies (data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under Google's standard contractual clauses).
• WhatsApp/Meta, only for messages you choose to send us via WhatsApp.

We do not share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a client relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by Spanish tax and accounting law (generally up to six years for invoicing records).

Guided WhatsApp enquiry details that don't lead to a client relationship are deleted automatically after 90 days. If a client relationship begins, they're kept as described above.

Online Coaching data is kept while you are an active client. After your plan ends we keep it only as long as we need to — for example so you can restart easily, to answer a query or defend a claim, or to meet a legal obligation — and then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Where you've accepted analytics cookies, that data is retained according to Google Analytics' retention settings, configured to the shortest practical period.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw any consent you've given, at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

This site uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Some third parties we use (e.g. Google, and Trainerize for Online Coaching) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on their compliance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

This website and our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
