• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the content of your message.
• WhatsApp enquiries — if you contact us via WhatsApp, including the guided enquiry buttons on this site, your phone number, name, and message are received directly by WhatsApp/Meta and are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one. We don't control how WhatsApp processes that data on its platform.
• Analytics data — if you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner, Google Analytics (GA4) collects pseudonymised usage data on our behalf: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, and how you found the site. Declining means none of this is collected. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not collect payment card details, ID documents, or health/medical information through this website. Any health information you share directly with a trainer — verbally, in person, or via WhatsApp — is handled by that trainer, not stored on this website.
